Very effective and low-cost treatment: Use Happy Stomach herbal combo for treatment (takes about 3-4 weeks in our experience to heal, lower cost the scoping, just safely treat and if symptoms of away, well, it's about the cost of a DAY of Gastrogaurd. Maintenance is either a scoop fed prior to stress or workouts, or go to a daily dose of Slippy Elm bark and Aloe (Happy stomach shouldn't be used long-term because eventually the licorice is irritating)
